Contact and Opt-out Help
If Tattle Timer contacted you, you should have a fast way to stop messages, manage preferences, or report a problem.
Reply STOP to the Tattle Timer text message to opt out of future SMS. Reply HELP for help where SMS is enabled.
Where voice is enabled, follow the in-call opt-out prompt such as Press 9. If you missed the prompt, email support.
Use the manage-preferences link in Accountabilibuddy email or support messages when available, or email support for assistance.
Report unwanted contact or abuse
Tell us if you did not opt in, the message is abusive, the commitment appears unsafe, the user is misusing your information, or a minor may be involved.
Include what you safely can
Share the phone number or email address reached, approximate time, message type, and whether you already replied STOP or used a preference link. Do not send passwords or sensitive documents.
What we should do
Support should suppress unwanted contact, review abuse reports, preserve consent evidence where needed, and prevent future delivery when consent is missing or revoked.
